Sue Devitt is one of those lesser-known brands in the UK that I think deserves more attention. The face behind the name, Sue Devitt, is a celebrated make-up artist who pioneered the idea of holistic beauty concepts back in 2000. I think that her range of skincare products are worth considering, especially if you’re trying early signs of ageing, because they are a combination of powerful anti-ageing ingredients including Microquatic, which is described as deeply moisturising and age-defying.
Now, I’m not just reading out the jargon but I’ve been using the Microquatic Marine Crystal Collagen Eye Concentrate for several months now. Unlike other eye creams, this formula is light in texture. It’s neither too sticky or heavy for the delicate skin around my eyes. A tiny dab is all you need around the eyes to keep them feeling moisturised and hydrated. It must be something to do with the blend of vitamin B3 and licquorice root, which help to simultaneously boost circulation and soothe puffy eyes, with the Microquatic complex. Whatever the reason may be, this tough eye concentrate leaves my peepers looking brighter and not so hidden behind dark shadows.
It doesn’t come cheap mind you but you will not regret this investment.
